Return conditions

In order for the goods to be returned, it must be ensured that:

The goods are in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods, however, where possible, we may ask you to keep the item (without hindering the refund) or even send you a return label as a goodwill gesture.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and tracked courier service.
